Reiki has always been a powerful healing force in my life and it is my honor to share the gift with others. Through traditional techniques and intuitive guidance, I facilitate energetic, emotional and spiritual transformation to indivduals and groups. My reiki sessions offer a heart centered approach to healing and restoring our vital energy and joy for life.
Many people find that Reiki helps them release tension and stress, leading to a greater sense of well-being. During a session they may experience a sense of warmth, tingling, or energy moving through their body.
Most people report feeling more balanced and centered after a Reiki session, with a greater clarity of mind and a renewed sense of purpose. Some say they
experience a release of emotional blockages or a sense of emotional healing.

A Reiki circle is a supportive and healing environment where
individuals can receive and experience the benefits of Reiki in a group setting. This is also an opportunity to come together as a community to explore a shared topic or theme and, through guided meditations, delve into our hearts to uncover and release energetic blockages that no longer serve us. Reiki circles can also be a powerful way to experience a group's collective energy and connect with others on a deeper level.
